The Robert Stempel College of Public Health & Social Work¿s mission is to improve health, health equity, and the wellbeing of local, national, and global populations through education, research, and partnerships that are innovative and transformative. The Robert Stempel College of Public Health and Social Work at Florida International University invites applications for a full-time, nine (9)-month, non-tenure earning teaching faculty position beginning Fall 2022.

Responsibilities include:
Teaching two courses in the public health discipline each semester
Engaging with community partners and alumni
Serving on College and University committees
Engaging in scholarly activities and professional service as assigned by the Director of the Online MPH program
Assisting the Director of the Online MPH program and Practicum Coordinator with student advising, practicum assessments, curriculum development, student recruitment, and retention efforts.
Required qualifications:
Doctorate in Public Health (Ph.D. or DrPH) or a closely related discipline.

Preferred/highly desirable qualifications:
Experience in teaching and/or mentoring students in an online environment using learning management systems (LMS).
Experience in teaching the integration of multiple disciplines to address public health issues
